As an Accounts Assistant at LXZ & Co, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the accounting team. You will work closely with our team in Bali, helping to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Process and verify invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports.
• Support the accounting team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and filing.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required, with Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
