Field Collection Officer - Bali Region (Contract)

In this role, you will visit customer locations across Bali to collect overdue payments, negotiate settlements, and provide exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our loan officers and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your communication and negotiation skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customer locations to collect overdue payments and negotiate settlements.
• Conduct phone calls and follow-ups to resolve payment issues.
• Document all collection activities and update the system regularly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
• Collaborate with loan officers and customer service teams to ensure timely and effective debt recovery.
• Monitor and report on collection performance metrics.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to debt collection.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt collection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or related fields.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Bali.
