📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their learning and development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
