Salon Nanda Coffee is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and goals.,Provide feedback and support to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.,Assist in the development of new training initiatives and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative approach to training and development.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
