Umech Construction is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee roadworks and bridge construction projects in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of roadworks and bridge construction projects.,Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.,Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective project completion.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to protect workers and the public.,Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and ensure all project milestones are met.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of work and safety compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on roadworks and bridge construction.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Knowledge of construction software and tools, including project management and design software.,Experience working in a multicultural environment, preferably in Southeast Asia.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
