📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure sales and ensure client satisfaction.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
