📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer engagement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and innovative marketing initiatives.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the market.,Manage the customer feedback process to ensure continuous improvement of products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and customer engagement roles, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
