Trust Recruit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and standards, particularly focusing on J-SOX and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, a deep understanding of compliance requirements, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with internal policies, regulations, and standards, with a particular focus on J-SOX and manufacturing processes.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure thorough and efficient audits.,Review financial statements and other relevant documents to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.,Collaborate with management and other departments to address audit findings and implement improvements.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.,Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Assist in the training and development of junior auditors and staff.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the audit function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a compliance or J-SOX environment.,Strong knowledge of J-SOX (Japanese Standards on Corporate Governance) and manufacturing processes.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with audit software and tools is a plus.,Certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
