Epicor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consulting Services Project Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure they are communicated effectively to project stakeholders.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical resources, to ensure project success.,Provide technical and functional expertise to clients, and work closely with them to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.,Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective action as needed to ensure project success.,Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, and communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders.,Collaborate with other project managers to ensure alignment and coordination across multiple projects.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and Epicor's products and services, and apply this knowledge to project planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects.,Strong understanding of Epicor's products and services, and experience working with clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks and resources effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and take corrective action as needed.,Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Epicor's project management tools.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
