Makmur Rama Kebab is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive guest experience. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the front desk, providing a friendly and professional service.,Answer and direct customer inquiries, including reservations, room bookings, and general information.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.,Manage and maintain front desk operations, including guest records and communication.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.,Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the overall functioning of the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
