📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.,Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future projects.,Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates effectively.,Collaborate with the management team to align projects with company strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).,Understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
