📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met and quality standards are maintained.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to optimize resource utilization.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and best practices.,Proven ability to lead and mentor production team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
