PT Persada Oryza is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. This is an immediate opening with a competitive salary package of Rp 18.000.000 – Rp 23.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Conduct research and development to improve our products and processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and analyze mechanical systems and equipment to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement maintenance and repair procedures for mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
