📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing and coordinating all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse activities.
• Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Developing and implementing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Providing regular reports on logistics performance to senior management.
• Training and mentoring junior staff in logistics processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
