PT Melati Restu is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our dynamic team in Sukabumi. As a Lead Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation that is clear, concise, and accurate. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is up-to-date and meets the needs of our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Create and maintain user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources,Provide training and support to customers and internal teams on the use of our products and services,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and train junior technical writers and other team members,Lead and manage technical writing projects from start to finish

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,5+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Experience with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
