TRACE Dinamis is seeking a Lead QA Engineer to join our team in Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, and help to improve our overall quality assurance processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their jobs effectively.,Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures, ensuring that they are effective and efficient.,Identify and resolve quality issues, working closely with development teams to ensure that they are addressed in a timely manner.,Conduct quality assurance testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.,Monitor and analyze quality metrics, providing regular reports to management on the status of quality assurance efforts.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in quality assurance, and help to implement new technologies and tools as needed.,Collaborate with other teams, such as product management and marketing, to ensure that quality assurance efforts are aligned with business goals.,Participate in code reviews and other technical activities as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.,Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.,Experience with performance testing tools, such as JMeter or LoadRunner.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
