📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of operational managers and supervisors.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
