LUMEN Jaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Officer to join our finance team. As a Junior Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in finance to gain practical experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Support the finance team in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting.,Process and reconcile bank transactions and other financial records.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Support the finance team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and other financial transactions.,Support the finance team in the preparation of financial analysis and forecasting.,Assist in the preparation of financial dashboards and other financial visualizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
