🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, networks, and applications.,Familiarity with IT support tools and technologies, such as help desk software, remote access tools, and network monitoring tools.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
