🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,A deep understanding of the hospitality or tourism industry, with a strong knowledge of the local market.,Strong financial management and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective budgeting and forecasting strategies.,A valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
