PT Akasia Hasta is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and fuel management.,Ensure all vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs to optimize efficiency.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.,Handle communication with drivers regarding vehicle issues and schedules.,Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations is a plus.
