📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned section.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and evaluate section performance against set targets.,Lead and mentor team members to achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Manage section budgets and resources effectively.,Report to the Section Head on section performance and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful project management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
