PT Pilar Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Deputy Kitchen Crew to join our team in Belawan. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients, ensuring proper storage and rotation.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations and restaurant standards.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.,Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition.,Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to prevent foodborne illnesses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
