📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and guidelines.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.,Prepare and cook dishes efficiently and accurately, following recipes and menu specifications.,Stock and manage inventory, including fresh produce, meat, and other food items.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.,Train and supervise junior staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and service.,Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative ideas and suggestions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Possession of a valid food handler's permit or equivalent certification.
