Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer master data in Oracle and SAP systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Conduct regular data quality assessments and implement corrective actions to improve data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure seamless customer interactions.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and reports to support data analysis and decision-making.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on data management best practices.
• Leverage your proficiency in Korean to facilitate communication between local and international teams.
• Participate in process improvements and implement new technologies to enhance data management capabilities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer data management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in customer data management, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, and SAP.
• Experience with data quality tools such as Informatica or Talend is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency in Korean (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is a plus.
