📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
