📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality and consistency.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and reporting.,Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
