📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
