📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality.

Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and efficiency.

Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Represent the company at meetings and events.

Any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.

Proven track record of success in sales and operations management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
