📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize delivery schedules using SAP Logistics.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Utilize Google Maps API to plan and optimize delivery routes.
- Track and monitor delivery performance using real-time data.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the delivery process.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all delivery activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics industry.
- Proven experience with SAP Logistics and Google Maps API.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
