📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Follow up with customers to resolve any discrepancies or delays in payments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a robust and efficient AR system.
• Utilize QuickBooks and SAP for financial tracking and reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
