📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and optimize production and logistics processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production schedules and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in production operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in OEM projects, ensuring that production and logistics needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and logistics optimization in the food manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements in the food industry.
