📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and resolve merchant inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for merchant issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Use Zendesk, Slack, and internal CRM systems to manage merchant interactions efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze merchant feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance the merchant experience.
• Train and mentor new team members on best practices and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Zendesk or similar customer service software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
