📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop interactive and engaging educational content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with educational standards and learning objectives.
• Create multimedia elements such as videos, animations, and simulations to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine and improve instructional materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.
• Ensure all content is accessible and compliant with accessibility standards.
• Manage and track the development process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide training and support to educators on the use of instructional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a similar role.
• Proven experience with instructional design software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of educational technology and e-learning principles.
