📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greetting and welcoming customers to ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Taking and processing orders accurately using our POS system.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Assisting with cash handling and payment processing.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
